The situation

Villa Graziella had been welcoming guests for years — a genuine 5-star property in Eze, 200 metres from the sea, 10 minutes from Monaco. Consistently rated 10/10 by guests on Booking.com.

Its website told a different story. Functional, basic, and disconnected from the quality of the experience it represented. In a market where guests choose between comparable luxury properties, the website is the first impression — and this one wasn't making it.

The goal: rebuild the digital presence to match the property, with a clear focus on direct bookings over OTA dependency.

"A property rated 10/10 by its guests deserves a website that communicates that before they read a single word."
Scope of work
  • Full homepage redesign
  • Premium visual hierarchy and typography
  • Direct booking conversion architecture
  • Bilingual EN/FR content structure
  • Local SEO — Eze, Côte d'Azur, Monaco
  • Schema markup implementation
  • Mobile-first responsive build
  • Ongoing monthly maintenance
The approach

The redesign stripped back everything competing for attention and led with the property's strongest assets — aerial photography, the Eze location, proximity to Monaco, and the consistent guest satisfaction record.

Positioning was sharpened around what actually drives decisions in this segment: specificity and trust. Not generic luxury claims, but verifiable details presented immediately — before the guest has to search for them.

The SEO architecture targets the search terms that drive bookings in this bracket. Structured data markup ensures the property appears correctly in search results and increasingly, in AI-generated travel recommendations.

Why direct bookings matter
Every booking made directly rather than through an OTA saves 15–25% in commission. A website that converts at a higher rate pays for itself repeatedly — not once.
